Job Description: With their dwelling being two story to enhance their views of their Palm Cove surrounds, and living area in the top story, the Client required a pool to be above ground with the pool coping slightly below the upper floor level, as they intended to place a small deck at a later stage between the house and pool top, so they could access the pool and deck area directly from their verandah and retain their Palm Cove views from the future deck area. Other considerations were the pool was to be of geometric design running along the house, and was to have a spa seat running the full length of the pool on the house side. TLC designed a pool that would meet all requirements, with keyways inground to lessen the possibility of future movement of any structures. Limited access and yard area made things difficult given the work, material and machinery requirements for the job, but not impossible.
