Job Description: Large property on the Tablelands, where the owners wanted to utilize the open space alongside the house to make a large pool area for lots of children to be able to play. Only problem was the land was sloping severely. Not really a difficult challenge in relation to design and execution of the construction, apart from the delay for the soil to settle and solidify. TLC came up with a design to bench the majority of the upper level, to make enough room to facilitate what the clients wanted. This contract had a bit of everything, earthworks, retaining walls in both timber and block (the block wall formed seating), pathways, fencing, the pool of course, and even a waterslide for the kids to enjoy and a shower to clean off after the swim. For aesthetics, TLC decided to match the concrete surrounds of the pool, to the same pebble lining the pool, so as to also blend with the block wall
