Job Description: A leaking inground spa. It was discovered that the floor and seat of the spa had cracked, allowing the water to simply seep out. The pebble finish on the spa was also dated. To restore the spa to its original functionality, TLC cut the floor of the spa out completely, then cut all spa pipework out of the seat all the way including through the upper spa wall where it exited to the spa pump. New pipes were installed, then steel anchors were locked into the remains of the original upper spa shell. A new steel framework was then attached to these anchors, concreted, then re-pebbled, giving the spa a facelift at the same time as restoring it.
